As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to join our high performing marketing team, on a temporary basis to support with upcoming retention projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Automation Development:
      Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to streamline CRM processes and improve customer engagement.
    • Segmentation Strategy:
      Analyse customer data to develop and refine segmentation strategies, ensuring personalized and targeted communications.
    • Email Delivery Optimization:
      Oversee email campaigns, ensuring high delivery rates, compliance with best practices, and effective performance tracking.
    • Retention Initiatives:
      Collaborate on the creation and management of retention-focused programs such as subscription services and rewards initiatives to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
      Use CRM analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience in CRM systems, marketing automation, and email marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation and data-driven decision-making.
    • Familiarity with retention strategies, including loyalty programs and subscriptions.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and email marketing platforms.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor working for a friendly business based in Worcester. Providing first line support to customers - Taking and processing orders, payments, associated queries, using all systems in place.

    This is a fully office based full time position, Monday to Friday

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Taking and processing live consumer and trade sales orders using our website and ERP software
    -Creating new consumer and practitioner accounts
    -Dealing with customer enquiries via email or phone
    -Maintaining up to date and accurate records of interactions with customers, liaising with other teams as needed
    -Processing credits following on from the return of goods
    -Refer customers to internal nutritional therapist as appropriate
    -Upselling additional products to customers whilst on a call as and when appropriate
    -Making manager aware of any potential issues/ concerns
    - Willingly supporting team and sharing knowledge
    - Assist projects team with user acceptance testing
    - Assist with any other administrative duties as and when required

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    Working knowledge of Office 365, SAP/Magento or similar
    Experience of Live Chat or similar
    Confident taking telephone queries with challenging customers.
    Delivering positive customer service, capable of resolving issues courteously, professionally, politely, and firmly (2yr experience minimum).
    Ability to multitask when required.
    Ability to apply common sense to account management, flagging possible errors/ concerns.
    Good working knowledge of GDPR regulations.

    -Taking and processing live consumer and trade sales orders using our website and ERP software
    -Creating new consumer and practitioner accounts
    -Dealing with customer enquiries via email or phone

    -Processing credits following on from the return of goods
    -Refer customers to internal nutritional therapist as appropriate

    Delivering positive customer service, capable of resolving issues courteously, professionally, politely, and firmly (2yr experience minimum).
