Are you passionate about Customer Relationship Management and looking to make a meaningful impact to a dynamic marketing team? Macildowie are pleased to be working exclusively with a Health and Wellness brand to find their next CRM Executive to continue with their growth plans.
The Role:
- Develop and execute engagement campaigns tailored to different customer segments, primarily through email but also including print and other channels.
- Understand customer database size and segments, and create strategies to improve performance.
- Develop email automation journeys.
- Analyse the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insights to support the development of future campaigns.
- Create and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates, identifying key touch points and customer journey stages that require intervention.
- Own the relationship with the CRM provider, working on a customer success plan to achieve channel best practices.
- Maintain deliverability.
- Design, launch, and manage customer loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and foster long-term engagement.
- Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Use CRM tools to analyse customer data, segment audiences, and generate insights for targeted marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics (e.g., best customer analysis, retention rates, and subscribers) to present findings to senior management.
The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a CRM role
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse data, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mind-set.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
