Sales Account Manager
Worcester, office based
£28,000 - £30,000 + 10% annual bonus.
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Manage relationships and inbound sales efforts.
- Qualify leads and prioritise efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Tailor sales strategies based on market insights.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing valuable solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product pitches.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development departments.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong listening skills.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship building.
- Proficient with CRM software and market research.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in similar product/service sales is desirable.
