Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager/Customer Realtions to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background, within a B2B or construction environment.

    The Role:
    You will play a key role in supporting the wider Customer Service team, working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional service. The role involves processing a high volume of client orders, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately processing sales orders in a timely manner
    • Handling incoming queries and complaints professionally
    • Liaising with Area Sales Managers, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
    • Communicating with third-party suppliers such as hauliers to ensure timely deliveries
    • Supporting the external sales team with quotes and client requests

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or office environment is essential
    • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
    • Experience in sales order processing, ideally within a B2B or construction sector (preferred)

    The key objective is to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders to create user-engaging BI/MI through Excel and PowerBI. This position would be suitable for a graduate or entry level Data Analyst.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Transforming complex data into practical insights that drive business growth and optimise performance.
    • Responsible for uncovering valuable trends, patterns, and opportunities within our extensive data sets.
    • Confidently partnering with internal stakeholders to craft appropriate value-adding commentary ensuring that the BI/MI you're reporting is user engaging and tells a story.
    • Support and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and support decision-making processes.
    • Perform statistical analyses, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

    The Candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Able to commute to Desborough.
    • Ability to create meaningful, clear dashboards with appropriate value-adding commentary.
    • Comfortable working and manipulating large data sets in Excel and able to uses VBA Macros.
    • Ability to form positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Exposure to PowerBI Desirable.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Desirable:
