Job Description

Customer Service Administrator - Must Have Previous Experience
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing organisation in the building products sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, working across departments to process sales enquiries, manage customer orders, and resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries, covering a wide range of topics.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating to management when required.
  • Liaising with Sales, Production, and External teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Key Accounts and third-party suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service or a busy office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Experience with sales order processing in a B2B environment is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
