    Job Opportunity: Accounts Administrator

    We are seeking a dynamic and focused individual who can calculate and communicate complex billing calculations to internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who prides themselves on their attention to detail. As an integral part of the billing team, you will be jointly responsible for ensuring invoices and credit notes are raised accurately and distributed in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and calculate pro-rata adjustments accurately.
    • Gather, analyse, and correctly interpret information from multiple sources to support credit note generation.
    • Process invoices and credit notes through our service system and Sage.
    • Enable automation by approaching and updating records of paper-based customers.
    • Obtain new purchase orders from existing customers and update records accordingly.
    • Upload invoices to third-party portals.
    • Advise, update, and monitor annual price increases.
    • Build and maintain relationships with other departments within the business.
    • Collaborate with the credit control team and internal account managers to ensure the timely resolution of customer queries.
    • Achieve agreed KPIs to ensure customers receive a quick resolution to all invoicing queries.
    • Raise refund requests where appropriate.
    • Complete periodic reports on invoice and credit note generation.

    • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cash Collection: Maximise daily, weekly, and monthly cash collection by actively monitoring and pursuing outstanding debts. Ensure that sales ledger payments are collected within the agreed time frames.
    • Debt Management: Minimise overdue debt by effectively applying the company's delinquency policy in a timely manner.
    • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
    • Payment Commitments: Secure payment commitments through regular telephone and email communication with customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support a team of 6 Credit Control Administrators, providing guidance and resolving queries.
    • Conduct monthly 1:1 sessions with team members to offer coaching, reinforce best practices, and enhance performance.
    • Personally manage a small portfolio of complex or high-profile accounts.
    • Oversee debtor balances, working to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and improve payment timeliness.
    • Collaborate with team members to provide aged debt insights to the Credit & Collections Manager.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    Macildowie are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to work for a quirky business based in Ashby de la Zouch. You will be the first point of contact for representatives of assigned client customer or customers and manage their account on a day-to day basis. The CRM will liaise directly with our internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The CRM is expected to work closely with the Business Development Manager, Channel Inside Account Managers and Operational Team on growth and retention strategies by providing complete and appropriate hygiene solutions for every prospect to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability

    This is a full time permanent office based position.

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage existing client relationships within the assigned portfolio by making and taking client communications, either by phone or email, to facilitate service queries and resolve via liaising with Operations. Maximise growth potential and reduce revenue losses in the assigned customer base in line with company expectations

    Works closely with all members of our sales teams both internally and externally, marketing leadership teams, Operations, Finance and other team members to enhance the service offering available to their portfolio of customers
    Use SFDC and other company defined IT systems to effectively report activity, update our data and information and communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner.

    Take ownership of customer portals and manage the data and trends reported and coordinate with internal teams for resolution when required.

    Liaise directly with sites and Operations to effectively manage mobilisations and demobilisations when requested.

    Attend internal and scheduled external meetings fully prepared with relevant current data on market opportunities, promoting a positive and professional attitude. This also applies in the office and on calls to ensure the high standards required by Citron for customer service, hygiene, and environmental consciousness are maintained.

    Follow the company policies for team members, especially but not limited to the
    Commercial DOA, ROE, SFDC policies and standard codes of Ethics and Health and Safety that ensure Citron is a great place to work for all team members.

    Maintain knowledge about the Washroom and consumable markets in the defined territory, including awareness of competitor activity and new legislation, sharing with your team members and sales leadership teams as appropriate.

    Investigate, analyse, and resolve customer satisfaction complaints and service issues from assigned accounts and manage the cancellation applications and log in accordance with company processes and policies.

    React to information filtered from our Operations Team with sites that have closed and/or opened liaising with the Account Owner, IAM and Finance Teams with the aim of keeping our Customer Base live and active to support the accuracy of operations route planning.

    Work to KPIs and SLAs to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and resolution.

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone.
    Understands and uses good account management, communication, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    Passionate about putting the customer first with a positive and friendly attitude.
    Ability to empathise as well as a directive style when required to reach resolution.
    Ability to converse confidently with external customers (i.e., speaking clearly, listening, comprehending, and interpreting).

    Carry out market research and maintain knowledgeable about the Washroom and consumable markets in the defined territory, including awareness of competitor activity and new legislation, sharing with your team members and sales leadership teams as appropriate.

    Investigate, analyse, and resolve customer satisfaction complaints and service issues from assigned accounts and manage the cancellation applications and log in accordance with company processes and policies.

    To drive customer focus and ownership throughout the business to ensure the speedy resolution of customer queries.

    To consistently follow the business process when updating business systems and records to ensure customer details are kept accurate and up to date.

    To highlight any areas of non-compliance to the appropriate Functional Managers so that these can be managed in a consistent manner.

    To build strong relationships with all colleagues and internal customers to ensure that all external customers experience excellent levels of service.

    To achieve the agreed administration KPI's and standards set


    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    Essential:
    Administration experience in a Sales or Customer facing Contact Centre environment

    Experience in the consistent use of different systems and Microsoft software packages

    Experience in the ability to meet robust targets that focus on customer care and attention to detail.

    Desirable:
    Knowledge of the washroom or consumable industry markets.

    Industry relevant sales experience is not essential.

    Able to understand Sales related IT systems (Salesforce.com) and use them effectively to manage pipelines and sales activity.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:


    Macildowie are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors working for a growing business based in Ashby de la Zouch.

    The Customer Service Role is expected to work as part of a cohesive centralised Customer Service and communications team and closely with internal functions such as Service Centre Managers, Field Sales Resources and Functional leaders on growth and retention strategies by providing complete and appropriate solutions for every existing customer and prospect to boost retention and top-line revenue growth and margin improvement.

    This is a fully office based permanent position working Monday to Friday.


    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage existing client relationships by making and taking client communications, either by phone or email.

    Act as the interface between Sales, Operations Finance functions and our customers.
