Temporary Customer Service Advisor / £22,000 - £24,000 per annum / Fully office based / Ashby de la Zouch

Are you an experienced customer service advisor with Salesforce experience? I am currently recruiting a temporary customer service advisor for a well-known reputable brand based within Ashby.

The opportunity
l Manage existing client relationships by making and taking client communications, either by phone or email.
l Act as the interface between Sales, Operations Finance functions and our customers.
l Attend internal meetings and training's fully prepared with relevant current data on customer demand requirements and market opportunities, promoting a positive and professional customer orientated approach to ensure the high standards required by Citron for customer service, hygiene, and environmental consciousness are maintained.
l Query Management
l High volumes of Administration on Salesforce.
l High volumes of customer service
l General Ad-hoc duties.

The successful Candidate

l Administration experience in a Sales or Customer facing Contact Centre environment
l Salesforce experience (Highly desirable)
