    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO's business trips.
    • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
    • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
    • Document Management: Maintain and organise important documents, files, and records.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Senior Finance Officer
    Salary - £28,500 - £33,000 plus very generous pension scheme, free parking
    Louth

    Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for the financial management and maintenance of the finances for the organisation.
    This varied role will include;

    • Production of the monthly accounts and assisting with budgets and forecasts
    • Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Banking
    • Accounts payable processing
    • Payroll
    • Tax and statutory returns
    • Ad-hoc financial administration duties

    This role will suit an experienced finance candidate (or someone looking to step up into the post) and who has worked in a rounded role previously. Experience within the public sector would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
