Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Louth, UK

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO's business trips.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organise important documents, files, and records.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
