    Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with an established Health-care company in the Redditch area who are looking for a Temporary Administrator. This position is perfect if you are immediately available, as we are urgently looking for candidates who are able to start as soon as possible.

    You will be expected to be a friendly, welcoming person and a great telephone manner. Communication skills are a key aspect of performing well in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet and greet visitors to the office/site
    • Dealing with internal and external queries and directing where appropriate
    • Friendly, caring and supportive nature
    • Handling the purchasing of supplies when required
    • Admin support required by the wider team: reports, data entry, posting letters, submitting /sending documents
    • Minute taking as requested
    • Check and sign for deliveries
    • Other ad-hoc and general administrative duties

    Key Requirements:

    • I.T. Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    • Great communication skills - both verbal and written
    • Must be immediately available to start
    • An enhanced DBS would be highly preferred, however a standard DBS would be considered
