Job Description
Role: Reception/Administrator
Contract: Full-time, Temporary with a view to go Permanent for the successful candidate
Hourly rate: £12.38 an hour
Location: Redditch
Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with an established Health-care company in the Redditch area who are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrator.
You will be expected to be a friendly, welcoming person with a great telephone manner. Communication skills are a key aspect of performing well in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors to the office/site
- Answering telephone calls (both internal and external)
- Dealing with internal and external queries and directing where appropriate
- Friendly, caring and supportive nature
- Handling the purchasing of supplies when required
- Admin support required by the wider team: reports, data entry, posting letters, submitting /sending documents
- Minute taking as requested
- Check and sign for deliveries
- Other ad-hoc and general administrative duties
Key Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (preferred and highly advantageous)
- I.T. Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to do alternate weekends
