Are you a visionary leader with a passion for revolutionising the banking and financial landscape? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Product to drive innovation and shape the future of the organisation.
Responsible for the leadership of the product and proposition strategy, in order to meet the banks objectives and strategic plan. Continually improving current offering, as well as identifying opportunities to bring new products and propositions to market, based on competitor analysis and internal feedback.
Role and Responsibilities: As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and road map. Your responsibilities will include:
Innovation Leadership: Lead a high-performing team in conceptualising and delivering innovative products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy, driving growth and market leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct market research, and identify opportunities to enhance our product portfolio.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that products are tailored to address the evolving needs of our diverse client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior product management role within the banking and financial industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
