Location: Dublin, Ireland / Field Based (3-4 days per week)
Overview:
The Account Manager role is working for a fast growing, global luxury appliance company.
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the development and growth across the brand and products across Kitchen Retail Trade accounts by delivering on strategic sales plans and dedicated account management, focusing on premium market segments and achieving profitable growth in the short and long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of the national retail strategy for Kitchen Retail Trade accounts
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing the Strategic National Sales Plan
- Provide support in engaging stakeholders to ensure highly effective cross-functional collaboration
- Provide regular reporting updates on account portfolio to the Sales Manager
- Understand assigned customer account businesses and environmental influences, keeping up with changes and best practices
- Manage assigned existing account relationships to leverage growth opportunities
- Identify and actively pursue new customer opportunities, fostering enthusiasm for the brand's vision and products
- Ensure seamless representation of the brand's value proposition across all accounts.
- Work with customers to maintain product availability, meet customer needs, and offer proactive support, including product training, to drive sales
About You:
- Previous account management experience
- Experience and passion for the Kitchen Retail Trade or luxury Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Possess a positive and progressive attitude and a flexible approach to change
- Has a strong desire for self-development and a willingness to learn new skills
- Proven record of accomplishment in successfully increasing sales and margins within an account portfolio
- Understanding of constructing a Sales Plan in line with the overall company strategy, utilising various levers
- Effective communicator
- Experience working within a "premium" culture and environment would be beneficial
