Sales Development Representative

Up to £30,000 (+ commission)

09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday

Nottingham, 1 day WFH

Macildowie are excited to be working with a global technology business who are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their growing team.

You might be currently working in Customer Service, or a graduate with a hunger to get into the Sales industry. Whatever your background - I want to hear from you!

This role offers an excellent opportunity to progress career in sales with comprehensive training and mentorship from the start within the ever growing IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Hit call and target monthly quota's
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the software sector is a must
  • Strong sales capability (also known, as gift of the gab!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
