Position: Trade Marketing Manager - KBB
Location: Ideally based either in the Midlands or Home Counties - with ability to travel 1-2 times a week
Salary: (Above Market Average Salary)
Hours: Full-time, permanent (with flexibility on start and finish times)

A prestigious and innovative global brand is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join their UK Marketing team. This role will focus on enhancing the brand's presence within the luxury and premium kitchen retail market. You will manage marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and support sales teams, ensuring the effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to expert on the brand and products within the luxury kitchen retail market in the UK.
  • Sales Support: Provide marketing materials, assets, and guidance to support sales, DDM, KRT, and builder teams, driving revenue growth.
  • Trade Marketing & Promotions: Develop and manage trade communications, including promotional campaigns, product updates, price lists, and guides for key retailer accounts.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility through strategic media plans, digital campaigns, and targeted efforts in key areas such as London.
  • Event Management: Develop and attend networking events to create lead generation opportunities and strengthen relationships with trade partners.
  • Annual Marketing Plan: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement, report, and optimize the annual UK trade marketing plan.
  • Project Management: Coordinate efforts between local and global teams to achieve market share, revenue, and brand health goals.
  • Consumer Engagement: Improve the brand experience for end-users through key trade channels, translating brand strategies to drive consumer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience in trade or B2B marketing, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
  • Marketing Strategy: Strong track record of increasing brand presence and driving revenue through effective marketing strategies.
  • Channel Expertise: Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media and media planning.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with trade partners, media owners, and marketing agencies.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong planning and project management skills, proficiency in CRM, analytics software, and project management tools like Workfront.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs and reports.
  • Brand Management: Deep understanding of brand management, consumer engagement, and digital marketing trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
