The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing lead generation strategies across various marketing channels. You'll work closely with senior management to develop and implement campaigns that will help grow and engage the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create lead generation campaigns from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with overall brand objectives.
- Grow and manage social media channels, fostering engagement and community interaction.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and optimize strategies for increased website traffic and customer inquiries.
- Create and update content for the website, blog, and social media, using Canva or similar tools.
- Run e-marketing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp.
- Drive SEO and PPC strategies to maximize website performance and online visibility.
About You
You're a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong marketing background and proven ability to create and implement effective marketing plans. You must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. A passion for building relationships with customers and internal teams is key.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally within a B2C environment.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar creative tools.
- A proven track record of executing marketing plans from concept through to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
