Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00
Macildowie are thrilled to be working exclusively with a globally renowned manufacturing business. We are looking for a talented Sales Support to join the business on a permanent basis. Your primary job role will be to drive additional sales revenue and margin opportunities, through use and maintenance of the company CRM, whilst building relationships and working in cohesion with Account Managers.
- Preparing accurate sales quotations.
- Checking stock levels and processing daily sales orders.
- Providing aftersales support to customers.
- Offering administrative support to internal and external sales teams.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries and tracking quotes to completion.
- Proactively making sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Researching and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Negotiating deals and managing a sales territory.
- Upholding SLA and KPI standards to deliver exceptional service.
- Managing shifting priorities and deadlines effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration.
- Strong communication skills - professional, approachable, and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A highly organised mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Confidence in decision-making and negotiation, finding creative solutions for customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with Iris/Inspire.
