Rearsby, hybrid

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Up to £35,000

The Opportunity:

We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Performance Marketer to join a fast-growing business. In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the company's growth strategy by owning data reporting and analysis, providing key insights that will optimise marketing efforts and drive performance. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for analytics and a desire to have a tangible impact on marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of CRM software, ensuring optimisation and efficiency.
  • Monitor and support Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, and search console while developing tagging requirements.
  • Liaise with PPC agency and make recommendations.
  • Drive B2B and B2C acquisition strategies by leveraging data insights, including audience segmentation and campaign reporting.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of ad-hoc reports, translating complex data into actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM measurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and e-commerce to provide insights for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse data from a variety of sources, ensuring it informs new business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (360 and GA4), Google Data Studio, Power BI, and CRO tools.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience with automated marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and present insights clearly to various audiences.
  • Confident in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
