We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Planner with a passion for delivering memorable events both in the UK and overseas. This role involves coordinating everything from trade shows and conferences to sales and training events, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed. You'll be working closely with internal teams and clients to bring events to life, whether it's a celebration, workshop, or large-scale trade show where machinery is showcased live. If you thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and have a proven track record of event success, this could be your perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, sales events, and celebrations.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to set objectives and define target audiences for events.
  • Take charge of all event details including venue, catering, entertainment, transportation, and promotional material.
  • Handle any on-the-day issues with a can-do attitude, ensuring a smooth event experience.
  • Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and continually improve the quality of events.
  • Manage event marketing campaigns, registrations, and on-site operations.
  • Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values in all interactions.
  • Occasional travel and working outside regular hours will be required for this role.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Event Planner with a portfolio of successfully managed events.
  • Confident, organised, and a master of multitasking under pressure.
  • Strong negotiator with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, while working within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in event management software and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience in food-related industries or industrial machinery logistics is a plus.
