An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading central marketing team. This role offers the perfect next step for a Digital Marketing Executive looking to progress or an established manager seeking fresh challenges in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing a range of digital marketing activities across various brands within the business, focusing on digital acquisition strategies, budget management, CRM automation, and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Lead and manage a Digital Marketing Executive
- Manage and optimise websites for SEO, user engagement, and conversions, including spearheading new website projects
- Partner with the Content Manager to execute a comprehensive SEO and content strategy
- Oversee CRM marketing initiatives, audience segmentation, and automation
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies, regularly reporting on performance
- Drive and optimise lead generation channels
- Utilise data and analytics to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates
- Work cross-functionally to develop marketing assets, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
The Candidate:
- Hands-on experience with WordPress for content management and page creation
- Proficiency with Google Suite, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead generation (paid and organic)
- Experience managing CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Ability to track, analyse, and report on data from multiple platforms
- Familiarity with integrating websites into CRM and other systems
