Outbound Lead Generator

Interim, Wigston

09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (Flexible working)

£12 - £15 p/h

Macildowie are thrilled to be working with a leading brand who are dedicated to providing exceptional services to their customers. Due to company growth, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience in a supportive and energetic environment.

Role Overview:

As a Temporary Outbound Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers, promoting services and produces, as well as booking appointments for BDM's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes on the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
  • Book appointments/demo's for BDM's

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
