Email Marketing Executive

Hinckley, hybrid

08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday!)

Up to £30,000

Macildowie are excited to be working with a national automotive business, who are looking for their next Email Marketer to join their busy Marketing team.

This role involves supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing campaigns at scale, based on insights from data analysis and segmentation. You will become an expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and deploy global email customer journeys.

Job Description:

  • Create programs for customer-specific launch activity, including pre-order, limited edition, and go-to-market strategies for retention.
  • Become an expert and create business value from Dynamics Marketing Automation platform by delivering personalised and relevant next best action email communications for new and existing customers.
  • Write specific email copy to a dedicated tone of voice, focused on driving conversion to site or action.
  • Utilise existing datasets and intelligence to inform decisions and develop new customer contact plans.
  • Deliver A/B test plans, running regular tests to improve performance.
  • Report on the performance of key projects and campaigns.
  • Assist the Global CRM Manager with ad-hoc market emails or requests.
  • Undertake and assist with projects as required by your Manager.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by your Manager.

The Candidate:

  • Understanding of email performance marketing from a related marketing degree or experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic capability.
  • Customer-focused with awareness of customer journey planning and next best action marketing.
  • Cross-functional working and the ability to influence others is essential in this role.
  • Agility and managing change are essential skills to be successful in this role.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial, and managing multiple projects to hard deadlines is critical.
  • Experience using Photoshop or similar software would be beneficial.
