Recruitment Officer - Nottinghamshire - £30-£31K - Permanent

Macildowie is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing organisation in Nottinghamshire to recruit a Recruitment Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a dynamic People & Culture team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Placing adverts and monitoring applicants
  • Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions and interview processes
  • Organising interview and assessment campaigns
  • Overseeing and managing pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with employment Guidelines
  • Liaising with recruitment partners and attending recruitment events
  • Managing onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters
  • Providing generalist HR administration support as part of a busy People team

About You

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Experience in recruitment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
