Operations Manager - Hybrid (3 days in office) - Nottingham
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in streamlining processes, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering operational improvements. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Take ownership of small to medium-sized operational projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across functions.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve challenges to keep projects and operations on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior management, business units, and external partners to align operational strategies and execute initiatives successfully.
- Results-Driven Delivery: Focus on achieving tangible outcomes, with a hands-on approach to ensure success.
- Task Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of tasks within projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to improve operational processes and share best practices across the organisation.
About You
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
- Strong track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while effectively balancing priorities.
- Practical understanding of project and process management tools, focusing on outcomes over rigid methodologies.
