Project Manager - Hybrid Remote (3 days in office) - Nottingham
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of diverse projects, ranging from operational improvements and client implementations to technology platform rollouts. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget objectives.
  • Diverse Portfolio: Manage a range of projects across various functions, including business operations and technology implementations.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate risks and roadblocks, implementing solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior management, business units, technical teams, and external partners to align objectives and drive success.
  • Results-Oriented Delivery: Focus on achieving measurable results over adherence to rigid methodologies.
  • Task Management: Ensure timely and high-quality completion of project tasks through a hands-on, tactical approach.

About You

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in business operations, client implementation, and/or technology platform projects (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Practical approach to project management tools and techniques, prioritising execution.
