Job Description
I am delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Estates Surveyor for a six month contract with one of my Local Authority clients to lead on high-profile property disposals and development projects
Experience of working within the Local Authority sector, you will be MRICS qualified with expertise in landlord & tenant work and have a proven track record in commercial contract negotiation and management. This is a hybrid working role with an expected two days per week in the office
This role would be ideal for an individual with strong leadership and teamwork skills, who can bring experience of working with key stakeholders, managing support staff and cross-disciplinary teams
