Position: Improvement and Transformation Lead

Location: East of England

Duration: Interim - 6 months minimum

Type: Hybrid working

Daily rate: £200-300 umbrella

Macildowie Recruitment are working on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in the East of England, to appoint a Senior Improvement and Transformation Lead to join their Improvement and Transformation team on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing strategic transformation plans
• Facilitating workshops for innovative solutions
• Leading large-scale transformation programmes
• Collaborating with stakeholders for unified efforts
• Producing complex updates for senior forums
• Managing resources and analysing data for programme design
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Acting as the lead expert on redesign and improvement science
• Enhancing and evaluating improvement approaches
• Contributing to the progression of improvement science
• Supporting strategic improvement plan development
• Maintaining strong networks and partnerships
• Engaging stakeholders for service changes

Requirements:

• Senior management experience leading improvement teams
• Developing improvement strategies and frameworks
• Delivering large-scale, complex redesign programmes
• Extensive background in improvement science, change management, and service design
• Fostering innovation and improvement cultures within teams and organisations
• Engaging at senior levels, forming strong networks and partnerships
