Estates & Grounds Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Macildowie is pleased to be working with one of regular clients to recruit an Estates Manager.
You have a background in facilities or estates management and be used to delivering workloads on time with high standards of customer service.
Working across occupied properties and the wider estate, you'll lead the team to ensure that all works are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have a experience in managing and motivating trades and operative teams, budget management, contract frameworks and have a strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
