Repairs Manager

Macildowie are recruiting for a Repair Manager position for a leading Midlands Housing Association

This role is on a fixed term or interim based to provide cover for an internal secondment

You'll be a key member of the property team directly responsible for day to day operational delivery across reactive repairs and minor works

You'll bring experience of direct management of repairs planning and delivery - comfortable in using data approach to reviewing and improving services

This is a hybrid role - typically working 2 - 3 days per week in the office
