Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager - Up to £45,000 Per Annum - Warwick
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - Hybrid Working Available
Macildowie is delighted to have partnered with a reputable and well-established organisation to recruit a Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager.
The key objective is support colleagues cross functionally with forecasting on inventory and presenting stock forecast figures to stakeholders, detailing supply performance or issues in the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
- Accountable for the availability levels of product within your categories, ensuring stock availability at branch level.
- Plan, manage and deliver stock budgets, presenting to stakeholders across the business.
- Replenishment parameters with suppliers that will minimise supply chain costs and implement improvements across the supply chain.
- Share forecasts with suppliers and develop mutually beneficial improvement plans
- Manage, develop and build working relationships with suppliers to ensure that they meet stock targets.
- Demand and supply plan for stock in your key category.
- Support the team in managing supply issues, production shortages, and customer communications.
- Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) documentation is properly completed and uploaded before delivery to the site, maintaining compliance standards, while continuing to develop and implement any improvements where possible.
The Candidate
- Demonstrated background in Supply Chain & Demand Planning, whilst working in a similar role or equivalent.
- Experience in sales and operations planning
- Able to travel to Warwick.
- Comfortable user of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to regularly forecast inventory and manage a supply chain.
