Supply Chain Planner / Stock Planner - Up to £28,000 - Nottingham
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - Hybrid Working Available
Macildowie Supply Chain & Procurement is delighted to have collaborated with a reputable and growing organisation in Nottingham to recruit a Supply Chain Planner / Stock Planner.
The key objective is to hold a background in stock/inventory management working for a manufacturer, FMCG or logistics business and be a proficient user of Excel including pivot tables and vlookups.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of our clients finished goods supply relative to general stock and key account demand.
- Perform key analysis and interpretation of basic and intermediate stock information using a variety of Microsoft packages including Excel.
- Supporting with purchase order requirements whilst considering all influences and being in line with company stock holding policies.
- Responsible for collection, key account, item & purchase order lifecycles.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, whilst developing key relationships with customers.
- Promote supply chain via collaboration, improvement, and delivery of Supply Chain goals.
- Daily assistance of order pipeline to ensure order fulfilment.
- Plan stock inventory and place purchase orders with suppliers as necessary to maintain appropriate stock cover.
The Candidate
- Previous experience operating in a Supply Chain Planner / Stock Planner or similar.
- Able to commute to Nottingham.
- Comfortable user of Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Manufacturing / FMCG background.
