Rate: Competitive Hourly/Day Rate (DOE)
Contract Type: Locum - Full Time or Part Time Considered
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 17:30 (Flexible / Hybrid Options Available)
Overview:
We're working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Locum Family Solicitor to join their dynamic Private Family Law team in Warwickshire.
This locum assignment offers the opportunity to work with a respected and supportive team, dealing with a high-quality caseload across a variety of matters - ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Role:
As a Locum Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a busy and varied caseload, including:
Divorce and financial remedy matters (including HNW & ultra HNW)
Private children disputes
Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
Advising clients independently and confidently
Supporting on complex cases and assisting the team where required
Option to supervise junior staff if desired (but not essential)
About You:
We're looking for an experienced Solicitor (ideally 3+ PQE or equivalent) with a solid background in Private Family Law, who is:
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
A confident communicator and client-focused practitioner
Adaptable, reliable, and professional with strong attention to detail
Available for an immediate or upcoming start (start date flexible)
