Job Title: In-house Commercial Solicitor
Location: Nottinghamshire - Hybrid
Salary: Competitive (Above Market Rate) + Bonus + car allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday

Our client, a prestigious and well established business part of a global brand is actively seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their in-house legal team on a full-time or part time basis.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role for the business incorporating a range of legal matters including:

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contract arrangements to ensure compliance whilst also protect the interests of the company.
• Provide expert legal advice around consumer and advertising law, in relation to marketing activities.
• Liaising with stakeholders across the company as well as the wider brand

About You:

Ideal for legal professionals with a robust background in Commercial Contracts (4+ PQE) and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
