Our client, a long-standing and well-established Law Firm located in Birmingham is actively seeking an ambitious Commercial Paralegal to join their nationally recognised team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role:

As the successful Commercial Paralegal, you will have opportunity to work across a wide range of high quality Commercial Law matters for SME and Blue-chip sized clients, operating in a number of sectors, including: IT/Tech, EV and Manufacturing.

The role will allow exposure around drafting and reviewing of a range of Commercial legal documentation and contracts and supporting the day to day commercial realities for the firms clients.

About You:

Ideal for legal professionals/Paralegals with prior exposure to Commercial/Corporate Law or similar and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
