Business Analyst

  • Permanent
  • Hybrid - Nottingham 3 days per week in the office
  • Salary £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Working for a leading tech business based in Nottingham this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional Business Analyst looking for a new long term permanent opportunity.

About you as the Business Analyst:

  • You will have experience working in a busy and professional tech environment as a Business Analyst
  • Ideally coming with experience working with IT Service Management Platforms (ITSM), it's a definitely a bonus if you've worked with ServiceNow
  • You'll be reporting to the Head Of Business Systems but also responsible for working with internal stake holders across the business. Acting as conduit between different areas of the business and technical teams.
  • Responsible for gathering requirements and seeing them through to handover and testing
  • Highly organised able to prioritise your time and work
  • Confident communicating with stake holders at all levels within the organisation, able to comfortable working with both technical and nontechnical colleagues.

About the Business Analyst Role:

  • You'll be responsible for taking ownership for managing the enhancements road map, seeking out opportunities for development and improvements internally
  • Acting as a go between different business units and stake holders within the business
  • Working with stake holders across the business to identify and define requirements
  • Engage with the development teams to design and scope solutions
  • Analyst proposed requirements to minimise risk and ensure they meet business requirements
