I am delighted to be working exclusively with my client to recruit a People Services Coordinator to join their team at the start of January. Working alongside a fantastic existing HR team you will support and coordinate
on a broad range of HR responsibilities gaining a vast range exposure and experience. This position is perfect for someone with a background in HR administration or coordination that wants to join a team with culture and people at its heart!
You will be responsible for:
Managing the HR inbox - responding to or triaging enquiries
Sending out letters
completing employee vetting checks
Inputting new starters into the HRS
Supporting onboarding and offboarding
The successful Candidate:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Confidence in advising and collaborating with senior members of the business.
Competence in using HR information systems, including data management.
Some knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
