HR Business Partner
Job Description
I am delighted to be partnering with a large organisation based in Leicester who are seeking to appoint a People Partner to bolster their People Services team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for playing a key role during an exciting period of change within the organisation, in which you will contribute to enhancing organisational culture, leadership, management, reward and recognition, employee voice, and health and wellbeing.
As a People Partner, you will:
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with senior leaders to address organisational challenges.
- Provide HR leadership for designated change programmes and engage with trade unions.
- Support the development of strategic and operational plans, guiding leaders through transformational change.
- Offer expert advice on people challenges and business decisions, balancing employee experience, legal compliance, and commerciality.
- Commission customer solutions through collaboration within People Services and across the institution.
- Use workforce data to support the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering high-quality HR partnership.
- Maintain accurate case management records and support the organisations response to Employment Tribunals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate level with CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Strong HR generalist with a proven track record of developing pragmatic, customer-focused people management solutions.
- Experience in business planning and delivering projects, including organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create positive networks and influence and coach managers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
This position offers a salary between £42,000 - £56,000 in line with experience as well as 36 days annual leave (including public holidays), 2 days minimum on site per week, access to a brilliant pension scheme, free on-site parking and many more great benefits.
