Regional HR Business Partner

6 Months FTC (potential for perm)

£50,000 - £60,000p.a

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving change and making a meaningful impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our client, supporting senior leaders across multiple sites in achieving their people goals.

The Role
In this key role, you will:

  • Partner with Regional and Divisional Directors to shape and deliver the regional HR strategy.
  • Develop and implement Diversity and Engagement plans to meet key targets, enhancing attraction, engagement, and succession across the region.
  • Work closely with line managers to promote inclusive recruitment practices, reduce time-to-hire, and broaden talent pools.
  • Drive the development and retention of talent by supporting leadership development and implementing tailored learning initiatives.
  • Manage and evolve succession plans, ensuring they remain relevant and actionable, while identifying internal mobility opportunities.
  • Champion performance management, fostering a culture that rewards excellence and addresses underperformance effectively.
  • Analyse HR KPIs to identify trends and implement actionable solutions in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Provide expert coaching and support on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies.
  • Mentor and guide regional HR colleagues, building capability and consistency across the function.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, sharing best practices and innovative approaches.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least five years of HR experience in a multi-site, operational role.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation capabilities.
  • Ideally, CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A resilient, proactive approach to handling challenges and conflict.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Excel.
