Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Leamington Spa
Job Type: Permanent
About the Company:
Our client is a manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. However, as with many growing businesses, there are a number of challenges that need addressing, particularly in relation to organisational change, employee engagement, and cultural development.
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR professional who thrives in environments of transformation and can lead strategic and operational HR initiatives to support the continued growth and development of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR function, providing strategic and operational support across the business.
- Drive and support change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and engagement from all employees.
- Oversee employee relations and employee development.
- Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures to support organisational goals.
- Manage employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Identify areas for improvement in culture, communication, and staff development.
- Champion a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar sector.
- Strong background in change management, with the ability to lead and influence during periods of transition.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels.
