HR Business Partner
£45,000-£55,000
Remote - 2 days a week on site plus occasional regional travel

Have you got experience supporting with integration following acquisition and guiding business' through periods of change and transformation?

I am excited to be recruiting for a new role into the structure to support the HR Director and take a lead on rolling out the UK people strategy and guiding them through large scale change, allowing the HR Director time to focus on supporting the broader strategic ambitions of the Group.

You will be joining an innovative and ambitious business that have experienced large growth over the few years and have no plans to slow down.
This established HR team already includes specialists in Recruitment, L&D and Payroll. This role will take the ownership of operational support, including ER, for a particular region within the business as well as leading the HR Team. They have a very people centric culture and will support where possible and always try to learn and evolve their own practices and processes to support the needs of the employees.

Ample experience supporting a fast paced, ever changing environment
Experience leading TUPE processes and integration projects
Line management experience
Impeccable employee legislation knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases
A commercially minded Senior HRBP that is looking for a balance between strategic and operational responsibilities
Experience working in a high growth environment
