Derbyshire | Office based Working
Permanent | Full Time
Up to £35,000p.a.

About the Role:

  • Managing all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for the staff.
  • Providing expert support on ER issues across the business, liaising with line managers to ensure HR best practice is followed.
  • Collaborating with and supporting the wider HR team to implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.


What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally previous HR experience within the manufacturing industry or similar sectors.
  • Excellent exposure to managing ER case work, whether this is low level or all stages.
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
  • A professional who is confident in their HR knowledge and can effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • An individual who is genuinely passionate about HR and dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture.
