HR Assistant
Up to £26,000p.a.
Nottingham | Hybrid Working
Full Time | Permanent

This is a truly amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their professional development with a reputable business. This blue-chip brand is expanding their HR function and is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team! Reporting into the HR Manager, this role operates on a transactional HR level with the opportunity to support on adhoc HR projects too!
This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast paced, energetic environment and is not afraid to get stuck in!

The role's responsibilities:

  • Administer the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and inductions.
  • Ensure the HR database and compliance is accurate and up to date
  • Support the wider HR team on adhoc project work, and ensure policies and procedures are followed across the organisation


The ideal candidate:

  • An experienced HR administrator with competency across HR employment lifecycle
  • CIPD level 3 qualification (or working toward)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • A tenacious candidate who can confidently work in a fast paced environment
