I am thrilled to be collaborating with my client in the automotive industry, looking for a tenacious HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, this role is a great mix of both operational and strategic HR elements. This will be the ideal next move for someone looking to join a team with a great culture and continue their professional development in a generalist Business Partner capacity!

Sounds great...so what are the role's duties?

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business on best HR practice, by providing consultation on HR policies and procedures.
• Work on various HR projects across the business, including support on change management efforts across the organisation
• Lead on complex ER issues and collaborate with the wider HR team on process
• Monitor performance management across the business
• Support on wider employee lifecycle HR processes

Sign me up! What do I need to bring to the table?

• A great commercial mind-set and seasoned HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Preferably CIPD level 5 qualified and/or a HR-related degree
• Experience in managing an ER caseload
• Sound knowledge of employment law, and upcoming potential changes to legislation
• Experience with working on HR projects
