Are you an experienced HR Advisor, looking for your next opportunity to join a large organisation and contribute to the development of the HR function? I am thrilled to be working exclusively with this client in the construction industry, looking for a seasoned HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for operating on a transactional level, delivering on end-to-end HR procedures across the business.

Sounds fab! But what does the role involve?

  • End-to-end management of HR employment lifecycle processes within an assigned division of the business, responsible for onboarding new staff members through to exit interviews.
  • Manage a complex ER case load within the division, ranging from grievances and disciplinary issues to performance management.
  • Coach Managers across the division on HR best practice and policy advising.
  • Contribute to Management Information Insights and Reporting, utilising excel to analyse and process key HR data.
  • Contribute to monitoring performance plans and probationary reviews across the sector.
  • Support the recruitment process within the business.
  • Support the payroll process.
  • Support on project work on an ad-hoc basis.

  • A friendly, seasoned HR Advisor that has experience dealing with a complex ER case load, so can confidently hit the ground running in this role.
  • CIPD qualified (any level) or proven equivalent work experience.
  • Competent using excel to manipulate data, such as the use of formulas and pivot tables.
  • Confident in building stakeholder relationships across the business
