Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal communication for events from start to finish

Use various communication channels for maximum engagement dependant on recipient

Coordinate site-wide events from an engagement perspective

Champion values and culture across the business

Manage employee recognition and feedback processes

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in internal communications and event coordination from an engagement angle.

Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with diverse communication channels.

Passion for community engagement and social initiatives.

Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment.
