HR Analyst (with a twist!)

Macildowie HR are currently partnering with a national Legal firm who are looking for a HR Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

They are looking for someone to hit the ground running in a fast paced and commercial environment supporting the business from an MI and data perspective, this could mean anything -

• Partnering with the senior leadership team to understand their MI needs
• Manage both the HR and benefits platforms
• Generate reports needed across the business
• Internal training and comms
• Information reporting and auditing

To be successful with your application you will have previous HR Analytics experience, focusing on MI, HR Systems and reporting. They are a fab bunch so team fit will be really important and building relationships at all levels - key!

In addition to the above - If you have worked with or have experience with Workday HR system then you will go to the top of the list - however any experience with HR systems will be mandatory to be successful in this role.

They have totally embraced agile working and after you have been fully on-boarded you will have the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week and given full autonomy on your day to day.
