This position would sit within a HR function, as a Senior L&D professional working alongside one other, you will focus on the strategic elements of the function ensuring the L&D division is fit for purpose and driving the business forwards.

This is a position that will encompass all the good bits of L&D, you will still keep hold of some operational elements, delivering and writing some trainings etc. but you will also be integral to looking at a needs analysis and developing a strategy that is in-line with the business focuses.

They would love a candidate who has experience with insights, mentoring, coaching etc. and who likes to add value across the board.
