HR Advisor
Job Description
I am delighted to be working in partnership with a Public Sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to appoint two HR Advisors on a permanent basis. Your expertise and experience will be vital in ensuring the effective provision of an excellent HR service to the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a generalist HR Advisor role.
- You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- You will be comfortable providing advice on restructures and change projects.
- Attend consultations, providing support and guidance.
- Support within the recruitment process.
- Undertake basic job evaluations.
Requirements & Key Competencies:
- Minimum CIPD Level 3
- Experience providing ER advice on a face to face basis
- Ideally had exposure to Unionised environments
Benefits:
- £32,076 - £36,648
- 30 days Annual Leave (plus public holidays)
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week on site (with flexibility to attend consultations on site)
- 20% Employer Pension Contribution
