Macildowie are working with a leading organisation based in Leicester to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) professional to join a dynamic and high-performing team.

You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, and the role will be ideal for someone looking to grow their financial and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end processes, accruals, and bank reconciliations
• Financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters
• Communicating financial insights effectively to non-accountants
• Working collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines

What They're Looking For:

• Strong management accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent partnering ability
