Finance Business Partner | Burton upon Trent | £70,000 - £80,000

The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial insights and strategic support to key stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with senior management to drive financial performance, improve profitability, and help shape business decisions. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will play a key part in the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership teams to provide financial analysis and advice.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Monitor business performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide guidance on financial risks and opportunities to drive growth.
- Build strong relationships across departments to deliver financial solutions tailored to business needs.
Skills & Experience Required:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a finance business partner or similar strategic finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
